Broad daylight. Marion, South Carolina. Someone came into my mother’s backyard, opened a fenced gate, and attempted to steal her generator. It was chained to the fence, and you can clearly see him yanking and pulling on it in the video. He ran off only after someone yelled. Police were called and a report was made.
