I use timers, checklists, calendar reminders but using Post It’s seems ti scratch the right itch for me. I literally have stacks and stacks to use throughout the day even on non home project tasks. I realized that forcing myself to shut out the world and focus on a project (or everyday task) at all costs was not sustainable.
