8K views · 555 reactions | I call this drill rotate, rotate, release, while staying open with your shoulders, you open your hips until you’re in K, then close your hips on the swing down from T, go up into another circle and do the same! Stationary feet, very still core and torso to create maximal whip and separation from hips and shoulders!
