8 Tips for a big squat!⁣ ⁣ 1) Don’t do haphazard warm up sets. Make every set intentionally. If you treat light weight like it’s heavy, one day you will treat heavy weight like it’s light⁣ ⁣ 2) Don’t rush your walk out. Take your time to properly execute a 3 step walk out. They should each be small steps. The 1st separates you from the rack, the 2nd places your first foot, & the 3rd places your other foot ⁣ 3) Now you are going to gather tightness & brace your core before you start the descent.
